Refund Policy

1. Return Policy only applicable for Paper Pack Books. Candidates can return the book Material within 7 Days of delivery date.
2. The book material returned should not be damaged.
3. On returning, complete amount deducting courier charges will be transferred to customer’s account.
4. Return policy will not be applicable for Online test Series, Digital Question Papers, Downloadable Products and Book Materials.
5. Refund mode and duration – Refund will be processed through same mode within 15 working days after receiving the parcel back
6. Delivery duration: Product will be delivered within 7 to 15 days from date of order
7. Cancellation Policy: Order once dispatched cannot be cancelled.
